How do I schedule an appointment at The One Bridal Outlet?

Booking an appointment is easy! Simply visit our Booking Page and choose a date and time that suits you. We look forward to hosting you for a personalised bridal experience.

How long is a typical appointment?

Each appointment at The One Bridal Outlet is designed to be a comprehensive 1.5 hours. This timeframe ensures you have ample time to explore our collection, receive expert guidance, and make your bridal dreams come true.

How many brides are accommodated at the same time?

To maintain an intimate and focused atmosphere, we limit the number of brides shopping simultaneously. At The One Bridal Outlet, there will be no more than two brides in the boutique during your appointment.

Can I bring guests to my appointment?

Yes, absolutely! We understand that finding your dream dress is a special moment meant to be shared. Your appointment at The One Bridal Outlet allows space for up to three guests to join you in celebrating and offering their support.

Are all the dresses at The One Bridal Outlet samples?

Yes, the majority of our stock are exclusive sample gowns supplied by Along Came Eve. They are a mix of ex showroom samples, never worn dresses and discontinued styles.  We have just one of each dress so they are super exclusive!

What happens if I find The One but I want a different size/colour?

All of our in store gowns are 'one-off's'.  When you buy from an Outlet store you are buying that exact dress so you do need to be looking at trying on gowns that will work best for you from both a silhouette / style point of view as well as focusing on the sizes and colours that work best for you too. A handful of our gowns are still available to order in production at their full price, but bear in mind they will have a lead time from production of at least 5 months and you won't benefit from the amazing discount on the sample gown.

Do I have to purchase my dress in store?

You can make your purchase either in store or via our website.  All website orders benefit from a  14 day returns policy. 

Items bought in store are non-returnable and non-refundable and must be taken home on the day. Our stock is very fluid and we only have one of most dresses, be quick, when it's gone, it's gone!

Are alterations available for the dresses at The One Bridal Outlet?

The One Bridal Outlet focuses on providing sample dresses at an affordable price. While we don't offer in-house alterations, our consultants can recommend trusted local seamstresses to help you achieve the perfect fit for your dream dress.
